Mugshot goes viral because of suspect’s apparent age

The internet is losing its collective mind over a police mugshot out of Utah, in which an alleged car thief doesn’t exactly…look his age.

Murad Mansurovich Kurbanov was arrested on Tuesday and charged with stealing a rental vehicle, failure to stop at the command of police and reckless driving, reported KUTV2News.

But when the station shared the story on its Facebook page, a social media frenzy ensued.

Most found it hard to believe Mr Kurbanov was the tender age of just 19.

“The only way he is 19-years-old is if his actual birthday is on Leap Year,” wrote one commenter.

“Where’s the 19-year-old?? I only see a 40-year-old??” wrote another.

The station was forced to post a screenshot of the charge sheet listing Mr Kurbanov’s date of birth.
