Horacio Villegas reckons World War III will start on May 13 and we're all doomed

Righto guys, better batten down the hatches because yet another self-proclaimed prophet has predicted the beginning of World War III and we don't have much time left.

Horacio Villegas, who refers to himself as a "supernatural being" has told the UK's Daily Star that some serious crap is about to go down.

Apparently, we have until May 13 until a global war breaks out. 

"The main message that people need to know in order to be prepared is that between May 13 and October 13 2017, this war will occur and be over with much devastation, shock and death," old mate said.

Supposedly, he predicted that Donald Trump would be the US president waaay back in 2015.

He also apparently knew Trump would attack Syria, which would lead to a big ole' biff with Russia, North Korea and China.

Riiiiiight.

This Texas mystic also had a dream guys.

A dream.                             

And in this dream, he "saw balls of fire falling from the sky and hitting the Earth".

This is a guy who reckons the reason he doesn't have a life partner is because of the fella upstairs.

"[God has] kept me single, and with no children just to focus on his message to the people," he told The Daily Star.

Yep.

He blamed God for his singledom.

And you're going to trust him to predict the future of the world?

Sure, he may have punched out a couple of books in his time, with titles such as The Final Warning: The Culmination of Prophecy begins October 2016! (his exclamation point, not ours) and The Forty Letters.

But just because you can write a book, doesn't mean you're any good *resists urge to make Twilight joke*

And we're not saying this guy is a crackpot old fool, but even with the most minimal, basic Googling, we're seeing a few…issues with his predictions.

Take The Culmination of Prophecy begins October 2016!

The blurb of the totally legitimate use of paper shows that he's made false prophecies before.

"The book is also pointing and warning to this coming October 2016, as it will be the month when WW3 officially begins," he says.

Hmmm.

"There are 3 main reasons that I have concluded October-November of 2016 … and the last one has to do with the 13 step pyramid used on the Great Seal of the United States."

Apparently he's been trying to warn people for years, "but most people doubted these things".

He apparently sent copies of his books to Catholic bishops and cardinals to give them the heads up, but the clowns ignored him.

What fools!
