The Block's Eliza attempts to go vegan in the latest episode of new podcast Try Before You Die
Eliza Paschke, one half of The Block sister duo, is challenged to try a vegan diet in the pair's latest podcast episode of Try Before You Die.
Eliza and Liberty approach their lives and health in completely opposite ways. Liberty is a self confessed gym junkie, and treats her body like a temple. Eliza... not so much.
She likes her food fried, fast and with lots and lots of condiments.
"I might have a smoothie after lunch time, that'll be my first meal at like two. Then I'll just have the biggest, most cholesterol-laden dinner and dessert and then snacks right up until about midnight," she admitted.
The podcast, which pushes the sisters out of their comfort zones each week, served up a particularly tricky challenge for Eliza when Liberty challenged her to go meat-free.
"I feel like people are going to look at this and be like, 'How easy is that?' But for you, you literally eat dairy for every single meal," she said of the vegan challenge.

Eliza was quick to agree, saying: "I'm also lazy. And I think veganism is not for the lazy man or woman."
"I do love animals but I don't lose sleep over it."
