Drivers refusing to back up after facing off in tight street is infuriating to watch

Prepare to be enraged at the stubbornness of humanity.

Two drivers.

One road.

Not enough room for both of them to pass as the same time.

So who should back off?

That’s the question followers of the Dash Cam Owners Australia Facebook page were debating after seeing this one.

The footage was posted to the Facebook page on Thursday, clocking up more than 140,000 views in less than a day.

The viral video had people talking, with Fiona O’Connor and Cait Kelly from The Daily Mail  identifying the street as a narrow road in Toorak, in the fancy pants suburb of Melbourne.

So along with the standard “this bloke was being a roo head” comments, there were also plenty of chimes about Melbourne drivers.

Yeah, you better believe there were some opinions flying around in that comments section.

Some blamed the guy in the car with the dashcam, only identified as “James”.

“He sped up when he saw the other car coming, he had plenty of room to move over and allow the other car past,” on Facebooker said.

Others took aim at the woman in the other car.

“Common sense says she just pulls up a bit to her left as she had more space at the time to move into,” another comment read.

And, thankfully, there were a lot of comments blaming them both for being “adult babies”.

“Welcome to the age of entitlement,” someone said.

“Both drivers need to go to bed with a mirror and wake up to themselves.”

Damn straight.
