For most people, a simple spellcheck error can be followed up with a "soz beb, autocorrect fail LOLzzz" text.
But when you're the president of the US like Donald Trump, you kinda can't get away with it.
Especially when your spelling error was tweeted out to more than 31 million followers.
This train wreck of a tweet:
It's clear he was trying to write "coverage" but something when wrong.
What ended up going out was something that sounds like a hilarious way of saying "coffee", and will quite possibly be the next word you start using ironically so much it eventually becomes part of your regularly vocabulary.
We've already pre-emptively added it to our Word dictionary to stop Microsoft from telling us it's incorrect.
Take a moment now to enjoy the super cut of journos trying to pronounce "covfefe" up there – we'll wait.
Unfortunately, the infamous tweet has since been deleted, but that didn't stop the entirety of Twitter throwing one big giant meme party.
There are too many magical reactions to this spellcheck fail to list, so we've just skimmed a few of the best parts off the top, like the skin of the world's greatest political custard:
Even the big man himself was having a bit of a chortle at this one.
At least he's being a good sport about his gaffes for once:
But presidential press secretary Sean Spicer reckons it wasn't a typo...
Oh dear.
We live in a glorious but deeply unsettling time.
