Chinese shop owner checks CCTV footage to see front door smashed

Consider this.

You're a shop keeper who comes to work one day and finds your glass door smashed to smithereens.

Your first thought is obviously that a balaclava-wearing thief buggered up a robbery.

You second thought, depending on how many Christmas movies you watch, may just be to look for a brick with a note from an eight-year-old boy who found himself in a city alone trying to foil the plot of two bumbling robbers.

Maybe.

The thought that probably didn't cross your mind, however, was that a dog did it.

But that's exactly what happened in this case.

A Chinese shop owner went back and checked the CCTV footage from a camera pointed at the door and discovered this.

Carnage, all caused by a dog chasing a cat.

Uploaded to YouTube by The People's Daily, China, it's only a few seconds of footage, but it's gold.

It's also enough to make you more a cat person, right?
