Zac Efron plays cricket with Steve Smith amid rumours he's staying in Australia for good
Zac Efron is really leaning into the vibe of being an Australian.
First he moved from Byron Bay to Adelaide, then he got his hair chopped into a mullet, and now he's improving his cricket skills.
The 33-year-old Baywatch star spent Saturday with former Aussie cricket captain Steve Smith, and it looks like the actor has picked up a new hobby.

Smith shared a photo to Instagram of himself and Efron with two other mates at an indoor cricket centre in Sydney.
"Good fun in the nets smashing a few balls with these guys!," he captioned the pic. "Mot sure they will be getting a call up anytime soon."
Efron moved to Australia last year in a bid to escape the pandemic, after falling in love with our country a few years ago. And it seems like the shine isn't wearing off –– he's since picked up acting work here and seems to be settling for good.
In 2020 he shot a Stan Original film in South Australia, before returning to Sydney with his Aussie girlfriend Vanessa Valladares.
