Actress Vanessa Hudgens expecting second child with husband Cole Tucker

Congratulations are in order for Vanessa Hudgens and her husband Cole Tucker as they get ready to welcome baby number two!

The actress, 36, and former baseball player, 29, announced that they are expecting another child, one year after welcoming their first.

The pair shared a series of photos on Instagram revealing the news.

In them, both parents are wearing white, with the High School Musical star wearing a two-piece set with buttons done up to the top of her stomach, showing off her belly.

Tucker took advantage of this in the next pic, playfully poking his wife's belly button.

The final snap shows the actress smiling and pointing to her belly. They captioned the snaps "Round two!!!!".

Friends and family took to the comments to share their well wishes.

Her younger sister, model Stella Hudgens wrote, "mhmmmm mama looks perfect."

Fellow Disney alumna Brenda Song penned, "Yay!! Congrats!!! So happy for you guys!!!"

Actress Britanny Snow commented, "Congrats!!!! Lucky kiddos."

The news of the second Tucker-Hudgens baby comes one year after the birth of their first child.

The couple have remained private about their first child, not revealing their name, gender, date of birth, or any pictures.

Despite their privacy, the news of their arrival was revealed by paparazzi pictures, which Hudgens reacted strongly to.

The Spring Breakers star was pictured leaving hospital in a wheelchair on Wednesday in Los Angeles, while holding her newborn in her arms.

Hudgens fired back, saying her "family's privacy was disrespected and exploited".

In a statement shared on her Instagram stories, the new mother wrote: "We're disappointed that our family's privacy was disrespected and exploited during this very special time due to the greed of a long lens camera feeding the media.

"Despite all of that, mum, dad and baby are happy and healthy."

The actress first revealed she was expecting when she showed off her baby bump at the 2024 Oscars.

The couple tied the knot in December 2023 in Tulum, Mexico, in a stunning ceremony.

Hudgens and Tucker were first linked in November 2020, meeting via a Zoom meditation call during the pandemic.
