So, one thing is certain when Wimbledon rolls around each year: you'll always be able to find a royal or two in the stands at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

But in a somewhat un-royal twist, the suited-up cousin of King Charles was spotted court-side, not in the Royal Box with the other celebrities and dignitaries.
It isn't exactly unprecedented. The 54th in line to the throne enjoyed games outside of the royal box last year as well.
Day 8
July 7 was an action-packed day eight of Wimbledon, filled with some great royal sightings – British and otherwise.

The outing marked Fergie's first time sitting in the Royal Box – an invite-only section in the stands of the Centre Court – in 30 years.
The last time she was seen in the prestigious area was in 1988, when she attended Wimbledon with her then-sister-in-law Diana, Princess of Wales.

It's the latest in a sparse string of public appearances Lady Gabriella has made since the tragic sudden death of her husband Thomas Kingston in February 2024.
After lying low in the wake of the tragedy, she has emerged at royal events including the Princess of Wales' Christmas concert in December and Royal Ascot last month.
