Squid Games
Viewers could be mistaken for missing this one, after all, it did happen in a pivotal fight scene in a finale episode.
But some eagle-eyed viewers caught it.
About 22 minutes and 39 seconds into the season two finale of Squid Game, a camera operator is seen at the top right of the shot.
It's only for a split second, but it's definitely there.
Friends
In an episode of Friends, Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) and Monica (Courteney Cox) are sitting in Central Perk having a chat over a cup of coffee.
A pretty regular thing to see on the show, until the camera flips from Cox and onto Kudrow...
Friends
While most fans were probably focused on Kudrow, some quickly pointed out that is definitely not Cox seated across from her.
Stand By Me
In this scene from Stand By Me, if you look at Vern (Jerry O'Connell) on the right, you can see his mic pack has fallen from his pants.
After the mic pack fell, O'Connell sort of did an awkward shuffle trying not to kick it, and instead of refilming the shot they just... kept it in.
Pretty Woman
When Vivian (Julia Roberts) and Edward (Richard Gere) are enjoying breakfast together at the hotel in Pretty Woman, all seems normal.
Until you notice Roberts is eating a croissant one second...
Pretty Woman
And then, after the camera pans to Gere for just a moment, it comes back to Roberts and all of a sudden it's like she's been eating a pancake all along!
Game of Thrones
In season eight, episode four of Game of Thrones, there's a very clear error.
Now, unless Westeros is home to a Starbucks, we're assuming this coffee cup wasn't meant to make the cut.
Fans had a brutal reaction to the mistake, with most blaming the blunder on Emilia Clarke, who starred as Daenerys Targaryen.
However, she's since revealed it was in fact Conleth Hill, who played Varys and was sat next to her in the scene, that was the owner of the cup.
Game of Thrones
Now, you'd think that after the brutal reaction to the coffee cup in season four, the Game of Thrones crew and cast would never make such a mistake again.
Wrong. This time it happened in the season finale.
John Bradley, who starred as Samuel Tarley and is pictured on the left, seemingly left a plastic water bottle sitting beside his foot.
Again, something we're pretty sure doesn't exist in the world of Westeros.
Stranger Things
While running from her life from a bloodthirsty alien in Stranger Things, Nancy (Natalia Dyer) has to stop to pull planks off a door in order to continue her run to freedom.
Except, if you look at the door for a minute, you'll quickly realise it's a push door, which she could have easily gotten through without dramatically yanking old wooden planks off a wall.
