Taking to Instagram on September 28, the day after the event, he shared a highlight reel of the event, as well as a caption.

"Raising money for fantastic causes and having fun doing it!" he wrote, "I'm sorry I had to leave early but I'm feeling better and on the mend. A huge thanks to my Dad for taking over after I left. The show got considerably funnier 😂"

The event was attended by Holland's fiancée Zendaya, who was on hand to show her support for the charity event.

Holland's head injury occurred at Leavesden Studios in Watford, England, with production now suspected to be on hold while the actor recovers.

A woman, believed to be a stunt double, was also taken to hospital in an ambulance.

It's well known that Holland mostly always performs his own stunts, with a background in acrobatics and dance giving him the flexibility to do so.
