The 17-year-old finally admitted to getting "temporary lip fillers" in the latest preview for Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Watch her reveal the news about her "insecurity" above.

So what prompted her to come out about the worst kept secret around? Big sister Khloe Kardashian outed Kylie's "plumped" lips on the show and warned her about looking like "a liar" when talking to the media. Here's that priceless moment below... go truth-teller Khloe!

Kylie's been very careful about the way she's talked about her lips in the past. In February's Cosmopolitan, she said:  "You guys have watched me grow up since I was 9. My face is going to get different. Now, I know how to do my makeup, contour and everything. I'm not against surgery. I'd never say no, but I don't desire it right now."

Hmmm, lip plumping isn't surgery though. Sneaky sneaky!
