The Rock shares first epic <i>Hercules</i> trailer and 'intense training' secrets to Twitter

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson battles a giant boar, kicks a tiger's butt and gets the girl… all in a day's work! Watch the Hercules teaser trailer above.

Did we mention how much butt he kicks? Apparently that wasn't easy, even for this seasoned WWE pro-wrestler!

"Hercules was the most difficult [shoot]," he posted to Twitter today. "The hardest part of prepping for the role was the eight months of intense training and diet. I was a moody son of a b----."
