'We know what it's like to lose a child': Terry Crews reveals he and wife Rebecca suffered three devastating miscarriages

Actor Terry Crews has spoken candidly about he and his wife's grief over suffering three miscarriages over the years.

The star, 56, who is known for his roles in White Chicks and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, reflected on their loss to People, after a moving drone show about losing a child was shown on America's Got Talent, which he hosts.

"Me and my wife, we know what it's like to lose a child," he told the publication.

"We've had three miscarriages," he said, being married to Rebecca King-Crews, 58.

"It's one of those things where it was so meaningful and special because the dedication is just, it's a way to process these things."

Despite suffering the devastating losses, he and his wife are proud parents to five. The couple have been married since 1989.

Crews once gushed about fatherhood, saying his children are his "legacy".

"We kind of wrap everything up in achievements, but the movies and all the things I've done? They're not my legacy," he told Parade.

"It's really my son, and my daughters, and my family. That's the legacy."

Back in 2020, Crews' wife Rebecca bravely shared her battle with breast cancer.

She was diagnosed with Stage 1 Breast Cancer and had a double mastectomy.

Speaking about the moment she told her husband, she told People: "My husband has watched me go through a lot, but the look on his face … he looked at me like I was going to die."

"I said, 'I need you to be strong for me,' and he said, 'Okay' and hugged me, but I think he needed that hug."
