#TeamBindi speaks out about teen's rumoured romance… with a 24-year-old zookeeper!

Bindi Irwin sure is growing up real fast… with the 16-year-old rumoured to be dating a 24-year-old zookeeper. Yep FIXers, you do the math.

But just one week after the super-cute duo were pap-snapped shopping in Byron Bay, a spokeswoman from Australia Zoo has slammed romance rumours.. saying that Bindi's alleged British beau Luke Reavley is actually "Terri Irwin's assistant" who has "no romantic connections to Bindi."

"He works closely with her but they are not in a relationship and he's not actually a zookeeper," the spokeswoman added. "He's been the Irwin's family assistant for a long time now."Erm, what's wrong with dating the help?!

After pics of the pair made new romance ripples last week, a source confirmed to Woman's Day that the "new couple" had plenty of animal magnetism.

"The pair's friendship has only recently blossomed into romance," a source told the mag. "They aren't shy to flaunt their love on social media either."
