The happy news comes two years after Jeffreys and Stefanovic tied the knot in a stunning ceremony in the New South Wales Kangaroo Valley in April 2017. They exchanged vows in front of an A-list crowd at the Ooralba Estate, a charming property in the Southern Highlands region.
Months after the nuptials, Jeffreys told the Australian Women's Weekly that children were always in their future.
"We'd love a house full of kids," she told the magazine.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
