Schapelle Corby has a crafty new side hustle

Schapelle Corby has launched her new career — making clocks!

The 42-year-old launched her crafty side hustle in January, using her Instagram page to promote her new business.

Corby describes the hand-made clocks — which she is selling on eBay for $180 each — as "eco epoxy resin art, wall clock, with a beach theme and made on on recycled rose wood."

She auctioned off one of her resin clocks in January to raise money for the devastating Australian bushfires. The item sold for $700, which she donated to WIRES Wildlife Rescue.

Corby spent spent nine years in Bali's Kerobokan Prison when she was 27, after she was found guilty of smuggling Cannabis into Indonesia in 2005. She was granted parole in 2014 and returned to Australia in 2017.

She has spoken in the past about her battles with her mental health, opening up about her struggles while promoting her book My Story late last year.

Speaking on KIIS FM's Kyle & Jackie O Show, she said that a lot of people had accused her of faking having mental illness problems.

"Look, if I could have lived without mental illness, my mind would be so much better" she told the hosts.
