Sarah Jessica Parker finally confirms 30-year old rumour she dated Hollywood megastar on live TV: 'I did'
Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker is now happily married to her actor husband, Matthew Broderick, who she married in 1997.
But during an appearance on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live on the weekend, the actress briefly revisited one of her former romances.
Parker, 60, finally admitted that she once dated Hollywood star Nicolas Cage, 61, with the pair having once starred in the 1992 comedy and romance film, Honeymoon in Vegas.

"Did you date Nic Cage?" she was asked by the host about the 30-year old rumour.
"Um, yes, I did," Parker said. "Yes, I did."
"Oh, wow. We got some talking to do," Cohen quipped.
It remains unclear when or how long they dated, but there's been speculation the rumour was true for decades – yet neither confirmed or denied the claims.
The rumours first swirled when they filmed the romantic comedy, but it was seemingly short-lived as Parker found love with Broderick the following year.

On the show, she was also asked when she knew her husband was "The One".
"Pretty early," Parker said, explaining she remembers once going off to work and wanted to say how much she loved him.
"I remember thinking, 'I love him', should I say it?!"
She also admitted she said 'I love you' first.

The couple, who share three children together, married in Manhattan, New York in 1997.
In 2023, as they celebrated their 26th anniversary, Parker shared a written tribute to her husband on Instagram.
"Happy 26th anniversary my husband. That sure was a nice celebration and a real nice bottle of champagne. And a gorgeous walk home.Oh the miles we have strolled together. I love you. XOX, your SJ."
Parker is celebrating the latest third season of And Just Like That, the Sex and the City series continuation, being released.
