Sam Wood and Snezana Markoski blast 'incompetent' airline Jetstar over flight cancellation

Sam Wood has vented his frustration at budget airline Jetstar after he and his family were stranded in Tasmania for up to six hours.

The Bachelor alum was intending to travel from Hobart back home to Melbourne with his pregnant wife Snezana Markoski, their 1-year-old daughter Willow and Markoski's 13-year-old daughter Eve. But due to reasons not explained to Wood or other passengers, the flight was delayed, then eventually cancelled six hours later.

"Why would anyone in their right mind fly this airline?" Wood asked his followers in an Instagram Stories video. "Six hour delay, no communication, condescending staff that, to be frank, were a little incompetent and then completely unapologetic!

"Sick baby, pregnant mumma, cranky teenager, safe to say dad's lost the plot. @jetstaraustralia NEVER again," concluded the personal trainer, who was thankful to Virgin Australia for eventually getting his family home.

Markoski also took to Instagram to vent about the Hobart to Melbourne flight, which was only meant to take an hour and 15 minutes. In the mum-of-two's videos, she revealed that passengers had already boarded the plane when they were told to disembark. Not easy when little Willow was feeling under the weather.

"This is the third time I've flown Jetstar and every single time without a fail there's been a delay or cancellation or something," she said on Instagram Stories. "Safe to say this will be the last."

Markoski was infuriated further when they were told the flight was cancelled altogether.

"After 5 hours at the airport we get told our stupid @jetstaraustralia flight is cancelled. The best part, the plane didn't even leave the ground and they lost a passengers luggage -- what a joke."
