After making headlines around the world for his accidental dine and dash, Robert Irwin has once again proved why he is Australia's golden boy.

At the beginning of the week, Irwin took to social media to share that amid the chaos of a busy pub all wanting to "say g'day" he had completely forgotten to pay for his meal.

He'd called the venue offering to pay over the phone, but they insisted he just leave them a good review.

So, Irwin decided to share a video with his almost eight million followers raving about the venue which ended up making worldwide news, and insisted that he would return to pay for his meal.

Originally, Irwin had stopped by The Jetty Pavilion in Coffs Harbour during a road trip down the East Coast of Australia, and it seems that he's now headed back up north as The Jetty Pavilion has taken to social media to share that a familiar face had stopped by.

"When Robert Irwin came back to The Pav just to pay for his meal, absolute legend! Humble, kind, and all class," the venue captioned a video posted to TikTok.

While the TikTok didn't share just how many salads Irwin paid for, the venue shared a post on Instagram revealing that the young wildlife warrior had donated $200 to pay it forward.

The venue added that they would be donating some of the meals to Oz Harvest to "help get good food to those who need it most".

While all kinds of chaos ensued last time he stopped by the venue, it seems that this time Irwin gave The Jetty Pavilion a heads up, with family members at the ready to meet the Aussie icon.
