Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Mary Cosby's son Robert Jr. dies at 23: 'Our hearts ache'
Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Mary Cosby's son Robert Jr. has died at the age of 23, she has confirmed.
Mary shared a statement on her official Instagram account, saying he "has been called home to the Lord".
"Our beloved son Robert Jr. has been called home to the Lord. Though our hearts ache, we take comfort in God's promise and in knowing he is finally at peace," the statement, also shared with media outlets, read.

"We are grateful for your prayers and trust in the Lord to carry us through this time of sorrow."
The Salt Lake City Police Department confirmed his shock death on February 23 to multiple US outlets. But an official cause of death has not yet been given.
TMZ was one of the first media outlets to report the news.

Fans will remember Robert Jr. had appeared on the show, with he and his mother having an emotional conversation on camera about his substance abuse problems.
He previousy went to rehab and reportedly had a drug addiction.
"I will never get over this. I'm so sorry Mary," Julia Fox commented underneath the heartbreaking post.
Real Housewives star Kyle Richards added: "Mary, I am so very sorry for your unimaginable loss. I'm holding you in my thoughts and prayers. We are here for you and sending so much love."

TV host Andy Cohen shared a tribute on Threads, writing: "Devastatingly sad news out of SLC. This is every parent's worst nightmare. My heart is broken for Mary, and I am sending all my love to her and Robert Sr."
"We are heartbroken to learn of the passing of Mary's beloved son, Robert Jr. Mary is a cherished member of our family, and our thoughts, love, and deepest condolences are with her and her loved ones during this incredibly difficult time," Bravo said in a statement.
