English superstar Robbie Williams is the former boy band member who carved out an incredibly successful solo career for himself after leaving the group.

Williams, 50, who hails from Stoke-on-Trent, made a name for himself with his chart-topping songs, cheeky persona and colourful love life making headlines in the past.

But now, the Angels and Feel hitmaker has matured and gone on to create a loving family life for himself as well; marrying Ayda Field Williams in 2010 and welcoming four children together.

As he prepares to thrill crowds at a New Year's Eve performance in Sydney, and amid the release of his biopic, Better Man, 9honey Celebrity takes a look inside Williams' family life and the family man he has become.

Parent of four children

Williams and his actress and TV chat show host wife, Ayda Field Williams are proud parents of daughter Theodora 'Teddy' Rose, 12, son Charlton 'Charlie,' 10, daughter Coco, six, and son Beau, four.

They are notoriously private when it comes to their family, covering their children's faces in photos.

But Williams did speak about fatherhood and his approach to parenting during a TV appearance on The Project in 2020.

''I'm a softy, but I'm strict, too. I only pretend to be arrogant. I'm not really,'' he admitted.

'Pomposity, arrogance and ill manners just make my skin crawl, and any sign of that with my kids, I do come down like a ton of bricks."

Just last year, Ayda shared a heartwarming video of Williams serenading their children with one of his biggest hits, Angels.

"Daddy's Home @robbiewilliams #bedtime #fatherhood ❤️AW xx (imagine my surprise in the bathroom:)," she captioned the post.

Ayda previously gushed about Williams' fathering abilities and praised her husband during an appearance on ITV's Lorraine in the UK.

''Oh, he's great, he's on baby duties so he's actually got the harder job right now. That's what is so amazing is that he's getting to see his kids," she said.

''He's so supportive, for a long time I've been by his side doing the wife and mum thing, and now he's doing a bit of Mr Field stuff.''
