Bec Judd loves G-string underwear so much, she even sleeps in them!

The TV presenter and radio show host spilled all the details about her unmentionables on Tuesday's episode of her radio show, KIIS network’s The 3PM Pick Up. She opened the show by perhaps oversharing that the pair she wore that day had literally rubbed her the wrong way.

"Today I'm wearing a Brazilian undie. Not quite a full brief but not quite a G and these, I understand, are so annoying," she explained.

"They kind of creep up your bum and they don't quite cover your bum, so you always feel it."

Ever the lover of a classic G-string, Bec passionately plead her case to co-host Kate "Monty" Dimond, who admitted that she's strictly a "granny undies" kind of woman.

"It's like wearing a watch," said Bec. "For the first day or two, you feel it but then after that, you don't feel it at all," she said, adding that yes, that prefers sleeping in them, too.



Even for working out, they're her go-to for avoiding the dreaded "VPL" -- that's visible panty line.

But when the conversation shifted to whether she'd ever go underwear-less on the red carpet, the 34-year-old wife of AFL icon Chris Judd revealed that no matter what outfit she's wearing, that's where she draws the line.

"Pantless? How can anyone go pantless? I have never...it is such a risk!" she exclaimed to  Monty.

"This is a bit TMI, but there's stuff going on down there at all times of the month. How do you absorb moisture is what I'm getting at."

If you dare to follow Bec's lead, there is apparently a science to mastering the controversial G string (some medical professionals have discouraged wearing them, as they can increase the likelihood of vaginal yeast infections and irritation).

"Buy a G-string that doesn't have a thin bit that goes over your bum," she told Monty. "I'm thinking one-and-a-half to two-centimeters so that it sits flat."
