Nicole Scherzinger shows off gruesome injury just hours before hitting the stage for PCD Tour

Nicole Scherzinger has suffered a gnarly injury while on tour with the Pussycat Dolls – but she isn’t letting it slow her down.
Sharing the gruesome picture on social media, the 48-year-old singer revealed that she had been badly burnt on her leg, just hours before she was due on stage.

“Nothing like boiling water falling on your leg an hour before your set — But the show must go on,” she posted on her Instagram stories.
“Thanks Düsseldorf for keeping me going. See you soon Amsterdam.”
Scherzinger posted a snap of her leg, which is covered in painful looking blisters, red welts and burn marks from the boiling water.
The nasty accident comes as the singer is on tour with Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt for the Pussycat Dolls’ latest world tour, PCD Forever, which kicked off in June.
The group is currently touring through Europe, with the unfortunate burn taking place just hours before their show in Amsterdam.
She’s due back on stage on Tuesday as the tour moves to England for a handful of shows.
Scherzinger has been sharing plenty of snaps on social media, documenting her time on tour and it looks like it’s been a successful time so far.

The European leg of the PCD Forever tour came after most of the North American tour dates were cancelled – before the first show had even started.
The tour was cut down drastically due to low ticket sales.
“When we announced the PCD FOREVER Tour, we hoped to bring the show to fans across the world,” the group shared in a joint post shared on Instagram in May.
“After taking an honest look at the North American run, we’ve made the difficult and heartbreaking decision to cancel all but one of the North America dates.”

The only show that would still be going ahead is the OUTLOUD festival, which was held across June 5 to 7.
The group reassured OUTLOUD attendees that their headlining performance would not be cancelled, saying they “could not think of a more meaningful place to celebrate with our fans.”
“The LGBTQ+ community has shown us so much love and support throughout our career, and we’re honoured to be part of a weekend rooted in joy, pride, music, and chosen family,” continued the statement.
Following the initial announcement of the tour and release of the group's new single Club Song, fans were quick to notice the absence of three original members; Carmit Bachar, Jessica Sutta and Melody Thornton.

Shockingly, Bachar, 51, released a statement that claimed she "was not contacted regarding the group's decision to move forward" with a tour, and "learned of these plans at the same time as the public."
She added that, given her role in forming the group, she "would have appreciated direct communication," regarding their decision to embark on a reunion tour.
Sutta, 43, also spoke out about the move on social media, claiming she had only heard about the reunion the day before the announcement.
“I was never planning to return under the current circumstances, and unfortunately, I’m still unable to dance due to ongoing health issues,” she wrote.
"Because of that, the recent news was difficult for me."
