The 31-year-old debuted her incredible post-baby figure on The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson in her first TV interview since becoming a mum.

Flashing a bit of abs in a black cut-out dress, Mila didn't hesitate to reveal her slimming secret: "Breastfeeding is a great workout!"

"We're lucky enough that we have jobs where we can stay home and take time off where we need to," the 36-year-old said.
