Megan Fox reveals horror injuries she suffered before Grammys party: 'Broken wrist and a concussion'

Megan Fox has detailed the painful injuries she suffered before dressing up for a pre-Grammys party with her musician fiancé.

The Transformers star, 36, shared several glamorous photos to Instagram with a concerning caption revealing she was secretly suffering from a gamut of horror injuries.

"Off the plane with a broken wrist and a concussion straight to a Grammys party," Fox wrote, alongside a carousel of images.

Among the photos included Fox dressed in a form-fitting red dress – however there was no cast on her wrist to be seen yet.

Fox also posed alongside her Grammy-nominated partner, Machine Gun Kelly, for the Los Angeles event hosted by Clive Davis.

However, professional photos taken from the event show the actress sporting a bright pink cast on her left wrist.

Other pictures showed Fox and Kelly chatting alongside singer Avril Lavigne at their table at the party.

The Jennifer's Body star has not revealed how she sustained the injuries.

Fox's rapper fiancé, whose real name is Colson Baker, is nominated for his first-ever Grammy award.

His album Mainstream Sellout is in the running for Best Rock Album at the 2023 ceremony.

"Going into tomorrow, I just want to express gratitude. No matter what the outcome is, no matter if we win the Grammy, I am so happy to have been on journey exactly as how it has turned out," the rapper said on Instagram about his nomination.

"I'm grateful for you. I'm grateful for the family I've gained, friends, the shows, the laughs, the cries, all of that s – t. It helped me push to be here to experience a moment like this. I mean we already won. We already won," he added.

Fox and Kelly met in May 2020 while filming Midnight in Switchgrass. They then went public with their relationship after Fox was featured in the singer's Bloody Valentine music video

They became engaged in January 2022 after nearly two years of dating.
