Karl Stefanovic's Today show co-hosts playfully roast him on red carpet

All's fair in love and Logies.

Karl Stefanovic's Today show co-hosts couldn't help but roast him on the red carpet as he prepared to vie for the coveted Gold Logie Award. (Watch above.)

The question posed by 9Honey's Shelly Horton to Nine personalities Ally Langdon, Alex Cullen and Tim Davies was: "On a scale of one to Karl Stefanovic, how drunk are you going to get tonight?"

And you betcha, Stefanovic's mates didn't hold back.

While Cullen admitted he would be a "12" on the scale, Langdon said she was "going full Stefanovic". 

"Do you want the truth? Don't worry about Karl, it's this one you need to watch," Davies chimed inn, pointing to Langdon.

Cullen added, "It all depends if he wins. If he wins, we're off till next week."

The group kept the playful digs coming when they were asked what they would do should Stefanovic take home the Gold Logie.

"If he wins gold, I've got to give it to him right?" Langdon conceded, before joking, "And if he doesn't, he shouldn't even bother turning up."

Added Cullen: "If he wins, we're out till next week."

This year, Nine stars Stefanovic and Hamish Blake are both up for the coveted Gold Logie.

The other Gold Logie nominees are Julia Morris, Melissa Leong, Ray Meagher, Tom Gleeson and Sonia Kruger.
