Lizzo's epic response to Kanye West's comments about her body: 'My body my choice'
Lizzo has spoken out following a series of comments Kanye West made about her body.
In a bewildering sitdown interview with Fox News host Tucker Carlson, West opened up about the backlash he received at his Paris Fashion Week YEEZY show.
Yet, instead of focusing on his own criticism, the rapper and fashion designer decided to divert the focus to his "good friend" Lizzo.

"When Lizzo loses 10 pounds and announces it, the bots – they attack her for losing weight," West said.
"Because the media wants to put out a perception that being overweight is the new goal when it's actually unhealthy."
He continued: "Let's get aside whether it's fashion and vogue, which it's not, or if someone thinks it's attractive – to each his own. It's actually clinically unhealthy. And for people to promote that, it's unhealthy."

When Carlson asked West why advertisers and media would want to promote unhealthiness, West replied, "It's a genocide of the Black race. They want to kill us in any way they can."
Lizzo has since responded to the comments in an epic way, taking to the stage at her most recent concert in Toronto to project the words "My Body My Choice" onto her body.
The About Damn Time singer shared a clip of the moment on Instagram, with a single full stop as the caption.
"THE QUEEN SAID IT HERSELF PEOPLE LISTEN TO HER," one person praised in the comments.
Former Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland showed her support by re-sharing the clip in her Instagram Stories writing, "TELL 'EM! I f--kin love you" to Lizzo.

West's criticism comes after he faced serious backlash for debuting some controversial t-shirts during his Paris Fashion Week show.
The t-shirts debuted featured the slogan "White Lives Matter" on the back, and were immediately criticised by Vogue contributing editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson as "deeply offensive, violent and dangerous".
In response, West chose to launch a media attack on Karefa-Johnson and superficially criticised her, including her fashion choices.
He wrote on Instagram that he didn't like the boots she wore to his show adding, "I know Anna hates these boots," referring to Vogue's editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour.

West was immediately called out by a number of Karefa-Johnson's friends and supporters, including model Gigi Hadid and Hailey Bieber, with many fans claiming he had "bullied" Karefa-Johnson, and purposefully made fun of her as a plus-sized Black woman. Vogue also shared their support for Karefa-Johnson, claiming she was "personally targeted and bullied" by West.
Since the event, West has labelled Karefa-Johnson's public criticism of him as a "set-up" by fashion media house Condé Nast, which heads media companies including Vogue, GQ, Tatler, Allure and Vanity Fair.
He appears to have tried to make the comparison between Karefa-Johnson and Lizzo in a weak attempt to defend his comments about the Vogue journalist.
