“Myla Rhey Mitchell,” Mercy captioned a carousel of snaps shared on Instagram.
Mitchell also shared the news, although chose a far more low-key way to make the announcement and posted some recent snaps with the simple caption of an emoji of hands making a heart.
The first picture in the carousel featured their three older children, daughters Inala, Aleena, and son Kobe, as they met their baby sister in hospital for the first time.
Both of their posts have been flooded with congratulatory messages and plenty of love from fellow NRL players, their partners and fans.
“Congrats fam 😍❤️,” commented fellow Souths star Alex Johnston.
Teammate Adam Elliot replied, “🤎 congrats mob”.
Brian To’o wrote, “Congrats my Bala 🤎“.
In March Mercy announced their family was growing, sharing a picture of an ultrasound with a pink knit with ‘Little and Loved’ embroidered on the front and a bouquet of baby’s breath.
“Because 3 kids isn’t crazy enough 💗💗,” she captioned the post.

She also included a snap of herself cradling her growing bump, and another of their family all with a hand on the ultrasound photo.
The couple have reportedly been together since they were teenagers, although choose to keep a lot of the details about their relationship private.

The happy family news comes as the footy star remains injured and is currently suffering from complex back, calf, and nerve issues.
Latrell hasn’t played for South Sydney since Round 11 in the 2026 NRL season.
