Lara Bingle and Sam Worthington named their baby WHAT?!

It's the baby name reveal we've all been waiting for since Lara Bingle gave birth to her and Sam Worthington's first child last week in LA.

A New York Post report claims that the model and actor have chosen a decidedly peculiar name for their baby boy. In fact, we'd say it's out of this world…

Sources told the publication that Lara and Sam's little man is called (drumroll please)… Rocket Zot Worthington.

"Zot" is apparently the nickname of Sam's father, Ronald Worthington. As for Rocket, well, we're in the dark about that for now. Plus, it was reported in the US at 10pm on April Fool's Day so we're hoping it's not a late April Fool's gag either.

Sam, 38, and Lara, 27, are yet to confirm the child's name, but were snapped on Thursday taking their baby home from Cedars-Sinai hospital with Lara's mum Sharon.

The couple are keeping mum on their baby's birth – as well as their reported marriage. They are said to have wed in the Maldives around New Year's Eve.

Congratulations, Lara and Sam. We're looking forward to seeing little Rocket take flight!
