"Kylie Minogue does," Gharbi replied, before revealing that the 'Spinning Around' singer charges around $1.8 million for an appearance.
"Believe it or not she's very expensive and very stable, even though she has not released anything recently," Gharbi added.
Gharbi admitted that the prices do depend on the level of notoriety of the celebrity.
"It depends, it's like a stock market, a celebrity stock market," he said.
"Sometimes celebrities are more expensive one day than another," he added, referencing Lady Gaga as an example of a celebrity whose stock is up since her acclaimed role in A Star is Born.
The fixer also revealed how he was once able to shut down the Vatican for a client.
"We didn't know we could, but we made it happen," Gharbi revealed.
