Kylie Jenner has spent most of her life being interviewed – but a question about boyfriend Timothée Chalamet has still managed to throw her for a loop.

In her latest tell-all with Vanity Fair, the beauty mogul found herself unexpectedly flustered when the conversation turned to her relationship with the Call Me By Your Name star.

Jenner, 28, has been dating Chalamet for three years, though the pair have primarily kept their romance out of the spotlight.

That prompted one standout moment in the interview, when reporter Nate Freeman mentioned Chalamet's awards season love declaration.

The actor had thanked Jenner while accepting Best Actor at the Critics' Choice Awards earlier this year for his performance in Marty Supreme.

"Is it fun to be shouted out onstage?" Freeman asked.

The question caught Jenner off-guard.

"It's the only time in our interview that Kylie gets flustered, but in the most charming way possible - she gets legitimately heart-fluttery, shy about how to truly answer. She wasn't expecting any direct questions about the relationship," the article states.

After a follow-up prompt, the media personality offered a simple response.

"Of course," she says, blushing.

The relationship has become one of Hollywood's most talked-about pairings - largely because the two stars occupy such different corners of pop culture.

Jenner rose to global fame through reality television and social media before building a billion-dollar beauty empire, while Chalamet, 30, has spent the past decade establishing his acting career.

Their romance has fascinated fans since it first emerged, with the pair initially keeping things extremely private.

But during this year's awards season, the Oscar nominee made their relationship impossible to ignore.

Accepting his Critics' Choice Award, he publicly thanked Jenner.

"Lastly, I would like to say thank you to my partner of three years. Thank you for our foundation," he said.

"I love you. I couldn't do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

Jenner, who was sitting in the audience, was seen smiling and mouthing "I love you" back.

Chalamet later gave another nod to Jenner while accepting an award at the Golden Globe Awards, telling the crowd: "To my parents and my partner, I love you. Thank you so much."

Jenner has since become a familiar face on the awards-season circuit, attending several major events alongside Chalamet, including the BAFTA Awards.

While her personal life may dominate headlines, the interview also hints at a possible new direction in her career – acting.

She recently made a cameo appearance in The Moment, a mockumentary tied to pop star Charli xcx, and said the experience left her eager to explore more opportunities in front of the camera.

"The first movie premiere that I'm in - I'm thrilled. I'm really thrilled," she says.

"This is the most excited I've been for the red carpet. Usually I'm not."

Despite her enormous online platform, Jenner admitted stepping into the film world felt like a completely different experience.

"I've actually gotten a few scripts, nothing that I feel is right yet, but I 100 percent want to do more," she says.

Beyond her career ambitions, Jenner also spoke candidly about motherhood.

The reality star shares two children – daughter Stormi and son Aire – with rapper Travis Scott, and said the final years of her 20s will be focused on balancing work, travel and time with her kids.

"In the last years of my 20s, I want to focus on just me, my businesses, my work, traveling with my kids, enjoying my kids, and then … I do want to have more kids."
