Kim Kardashian shows off lavish Christmas tree decorations in her mansion: 'It's pretty insane'

Kim Kardashian sure is living up to her middle name, Noel!

The reality star, 45, has gone all out for the holidays this year, showing off the incredible Christmas tree display in her mansion in Los Angeles for the holiday season.

Kardashian shared a series of videos of her Christmas setup, assembled with the help of American designer Jeff Leatham, calling it "pretty insane".

"We just finished decorating for the holidays, I can't even begin to explain to you what this smells like and feels like. It's pretty insane," she says in the clip, implying the trees are all real Christmas pines.

"I see a little elf hiding in the tree!" she added as she walked through her house.

The trees were green and white, with white lights and varying in size.

She even had trees set up on the second level of her open-plan home.

The decor reveal comes after Kardashian spoke candidly about her health scare and brain aneurysm diagnosis.

The reality star, 45, revealed in a recent episode of The Kardashians doctors had told her the aneurysm had "been there for, like, years".

She made the admission about her health while talking to her sister Kourtney Kardashian, who shared her concerns.

A brain aneurysm is a bulge or ballooning in a blood vessel in the brain and there may not be symptoms if it hasn't ruptured.

"I did a Prenuvo scan, and they called me today, and they're like, 'Everything looks great. But you have an aneurysm in your brain'," Kardashian began.

"They're like, 'It's been there for like years. It was here a few years ago'."

Prenuvo is a comprehensive, whole-body MRI.

Kardashian said she called a brain surgeon, who told her to go for more tests and "imaging".

"And then I asked, I was like, 'Can I wait? 'Cause what makes it rupture?' and they're like, 'Just stress'."

On the show, Kourtney adds: "I'm definitely worried about Kim."
