Kerri-Anne recalls Don Burke's 'vulgar' behaviour after sexual misconduct allegations
Kerri-Anne Kennerley has sounded off on her former Nine colleague and embattled television star Don Burke.
Speaking to Adelaide radio station Mix 102.3, the 64-year-old admitted she witnessed "unbelievably vulgar language" from the Burke's Backyard host while working on a number of segments with him in the noughties.
"We're looking at a spectrum at the moment with a lot of the Don Burke allegations,' the former Mornings with Kerri-Anne host said.
"Having done a few stories with Don, I know about that and [witnessed] what I considered was unbelievably vulgar language -- and I'm no shrinking violet!
"But even in those times, it shocked me."

The allegations against 70-year-old Burke surfaced this week after a number of women who previously worked on Burke's Backyard in the 1980s and 1990s accused him of sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviour.
While Kennerley praised the courageous women who had come forward so far, she called for caution.
"As a woman, you have to figure out what your threshold is," she said.
She also expressed concern over what the allegations could mean for platonic relationships.
"I wouldn't [want this to cause] men not to actually be gracious, kind, thoughtful [towards women] and have that taken for being a little too forward," she said, adding, "'I think there's a lot of little nervous nellies out there but at least it's being talked about, and it puts idiots on notice."
Following the initial ABC/Fairfax investigation led by journalists Tracey Spicer and Kate McClymont, a number of other prominent Australian women have spoken out against Burke.
