Details in resurfaced photos of Keanu Reeves with Alexandra Grant suggest the pair might have been dating for years
It seems Keanu Reeves' romance with Alexandra Grant is not so new after all.
After a thorough look back at the 55-year-old actor's public appearances in the last few years, it appears Grant, 46, was always within arm's length.
No, the pair weren't holding hands in the any of the newly unearthed photos — unlike their appearance at the LACMA Art + Film Gala in LA on November 2 — but they were stood side-by-side as friends and business collaborators.

It's possible the pair — who together launched the publishing house X Artists' Books in 2017 — could have been in a relationship as far back as 2016, when they attended the UNAIDS Gala in Switzerland. The couple even presented an award together at the event.

Then in 2017, Reeves and Grant again appeared side-by-side at the Paris launch of their photography book, Shadows. This wasn't the couple's first collaborative offering either. Back in 2011, they released a coffee table book titled Ode to happiness, in which Reeves provided the text and Grant did the illustrations.

Earlier this year, the artistic duo also walked the red carpet together as they attended the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) Benefit back in May.

Despite appearing to have a relationship that flourished years ago, a source insisted to People magazine that Reeves and Grant only became a couple this year.
"[They] started dating earlier this year, but have wanted to keep it quiet," the source told the publication. "Keanu wants to openly share his life with her. He is extremely happy and grateful to have Alex in his life."
New couple or not, they do make a good pair.
