It looks like Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are dating again

They say distance makes the heart grow fonder. Well, that couldn't be truer for Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom.

In February last year, Perry, 33, and Bloom, 41, called it quits after 10 months of dating, but it looks like they're back on after they were spotted out and about in Rome's Vatican City on Saturday.

"Orlando and Katy are great. They are dating exclusively again and things seem more serious," a source tells People magazine of the pair, who also met up with Pope Francis, 81, during their trip.

"They are both excited about [their relationship] and don't want to hide, but at the same time they are trying to keep privacy as well."

According to the source, the couple missed each other's company during their time apart and are now both "very happy."

"It's obvious that they both missed each other after their split," continued the source. "Their relationship seems stronger now. Orlando got sick of being single. Dating different women is not so alluring to him anymore."

The lovers first sparked talk of a romance reboot when they vacationed together in the Maldives in January, and again raised eyebrows as they strolled the streets of Prague together last month.

They again spent time together in Japan in late March, and Perry even dedicated her song, 'For Me You See', to Bloom, who was in the audience at her Tokyo gig.  

"This next song is about being so loved and so seen that you never ever have felt this feeling before. This feeling of love," Perry told the audience. "This is… for Bubba Doo."
