Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough hold wedding welcome drinks in Cabo

Karl Stefanovic and his beautiful bride-to-be Jasmine Yarbrough have welcomed family and friends ahead of their wedding this weekend.

The newlyweds-to-be were photographed sharing a sweet moment as they playfully embraced, Jasmine beaming with happiness.

Karl was pictured sweeping his mum Jenny up into his arms at the casual welcome drinks, held at One & Only Palmilla resort in Cabo at the resort's Agua by Larbi Mexican restaurant.

Jasmine was also seen wearing a stunning white dress with her arm draped around her dad, Bob.

The happy couple were also joined by Karl's brothers Pete and Tom, Sylvia Jeffreys, Richard and Christian Wilkins, Tim Gilbert, and more family and close friends who flew in early before the wedding.

The welcome drinks were the first official event of the celebrations, with everything poised to kick up a gear throughout the weekend.

Jasmine's bridesmaids will be her high school friends Sarah Johnson, Sophie Pentland, Jimilla Houghton, Stoj Bulic, and Georgie Fleming, sister Jade Yarbrough and business partner Tamie Ingham.

The groomsmen helping Karl for the big day will be his brothers Tom and Pete, as well as Josh Yarbrough, his close friends Ben Tilley, Mick Doohan, Steve Marshall and school friend Alan Rogina.

Details of the dress have also emerged, with J Andreatta named as the designer.

Jessica was formerly a designer at Pallas Couture and has recently started her own label. Jess is a friend of the Yarbrough sisters.

Jasmine's bridesmaids will be wearing Rachel Gilbert gowns.
