Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco thought she 'blew up her life' with second divorce: 'I literally thought I was gonna die'
Kaley Cuoco has opened up on hitting rock bottom amid her divorce from her second husband, Karl Cook.
The Big Bang Theory star, 40, appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show and recalled how she felt she had ruined her life and "thought she was gonna die", not knowing how she would get through it all.
"I blew up my life," she said.

The American actress recalled having to attend the premiere of season 2 of her TV series The Flight Attendant and breaking down at home that morning.
"I woke up that morning, I was so depressed and so sad, I couldn't even breathe and I was just laying on the floor," she said.
"I literally thought I was gonna die. I really did. I said, 'What am I doing?'

"I literally thought I was gonna die. I really did. I said, 'What am I doing?'" she explained. Instagram
"My team... got me ready on the floor. I couldn't get up. I'm like, 'I can't go. I can't go anywhere. I blew up my life. My life's over.'
"I truly thought that. Never getting married again. I'm never gonna have kids. This is it.
"I knew, when I was laying on that floor in my house, I thought, 'Oh my God, this is what they talk about. This is the lowest point I could get.'"
Out of that came some happiness for Cuoco, as she soon met her now-fiance Tom Pelphrey, with whom she shares daughter Matilda, two.
Pelphrey, 43, is also an actor, known for TV shows including Ozark and Task.
Before marrying Cook, Cuoco was married to former tennis player Ryan Sweeting from 2013 to 2016.

She and Pelphrey announced their engagement in August 2024.
Cuoco wrote in a post at the time: "♥️ 'there is my heart, and then there is you, and I'm not sure there is a difference' ❤️ some sweet life lately 💫."
