'Leo, come over here': Jeff Bezos' cheeky swipe at Leonardo DiCaprio after girlfriend caught swooning over actor
Jeff Bezos took a cheeky swipe at Leonardo DiCaprio on social media after his girlfriend Lauren Sanchez was caught on camera swooning over the Oscar-winning actor.
After a video surfaced online of Sanchez looking star-stuck by DiCaprio at the LACMA Art + Film Gala, the Amazon billionaire took to Twitter with a tongue-in-cheek message.
"Leo, come over here, I want to show you something…" Bezos tweeted, alongside a picture of himself with a sign that read "Danger! Steep cliff, fatal drop".

Bezos tweeted the image in response to the viral clip — which has over 14 million views — posted by Barstool Sports.
"Leo is Mr. Steal Yo Girl," the footage is captioned.
In the video, both Bezos and Sanchez can be seen speaking with DiCaprio near a table at the event, with the 51-year-old news anchor appearing quite besotted with the Titanic star.

Social media users were quick to mock the Amazon founder, who is worth an estimated A$273 billion.
"The way she is looking at him he could easily take her home," one person said on Twitter.
"Rule #1 is never introduce your girlfriend to Leo DiCaprio," another wrote.

Bezos and Sanchez were first romantically linked in January 2019 after the billionaire announced his divorce from wife of 25 years, MacKenzie Scott.
Despite her swooning over DiCaprio, Sanchez took to Instagram to share a photo of herself and Bezos on the LACMA red carpet.
"An amazing event that will benefit important museum initiatives, exhibitions, and programming for years to come," she wrote.
