Ireland Baldwin shares photos of her bruised face while detailing alleged attack in parking lot
Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin's daughter Ireland Baldwin claims she was the victim of a scary encounter that took place yesterday.
The 24-year-old model shared two selfies showing her clearly bruised face on Instagram, detailing how she says the alleged incident unfolded.
"Yesterday in the late afternoon, I was attacked by a woman who was high out of her mind on drugs and desperate for cash. She decked me in my face in a parking lot and took my belongings and jumped in a getaway car while her husband took off."

Ireland told her fans that her alleged attacker was caught and arrested by police and that witnesses helped her to get assistance quickly. It is unclear where the alleged mugging occurred.
"The cops told me this is happening frequently because people are desperate for money right now due to Coronavirus and people being out of work," she told her fans before issuing a warning to everyone to stay alert. "There is a lot of theft and muggings going down.
"Posting this to remind everyone to be really careful and watch your surroundings. These are really difficult times and we need to look out for one another."

A number of Ireland's loved ones were quick to share their gratitude that she is now safe.
"I'm so glad you are safe now. We love you," wrote her stepmother Hilaria Baldwin.
"Omg this is terrifying. So glad you're okay," commented comedian Nikki Glaser.
"Stay safe, hope you recover well," chimed in actress Corinne Fox.

Just last week, Ireland celebrated six years of being free of eating disorders (watch above).
"Wanted to announce that today is the 15th of August, and today marks six years that I have been free of anorexia and bulimia and all of my other food compulsion and eating disorders that I have struggled through for many years," she told followers on social media.
