Heidi Klum says her legs are insured for $2 million and one is 'more expensive than the other'

Heidi Klum's legs are made of millions.

In an appearance on The Ellen Show, the 48-year-old supermodel chatted with the talk show host about the US$2 million (approx. $2.7 million) insurance policy on her legs.

The America's Got Talent judge revealed the fun fact during a segment called "Heidi 'Blanking' Klum", explaining how a client had made the decision, and how one is insured for a higher amount than the other.

"When I was young, I fell into a glass and I have, like, a big scar," she explained to DeGeneres of one of her legs.

"Obviously I put so much spray tan on right now you can't see it right now but yeah, one was more expensive than the other one."

"It's weird the things that some people do," the model added.

This isn't the first time Klum has opened up about her million-dollar legs — in 2017, she told People that one leg was worth US$1 million (approx. $1.3 million) while the other was worth US$1.2 million (approx. $1.6 million).

"I always enjoyed, and I still do, wearing super short miniskirts showing off my legs," she said at the time. "I think legs are sexy. I do like to put a focus on my legs when I go out or when I get onto the red carpet. I do."

Klum is known for displaying her incredible physique via social media as well as the runway. Last year, she revealed that she was four months pregnant with her daughter, Leni, while she walked the Victoria's Secret runway in 2003.

"Happy 17th birthday LENI, I am not alone walking down that catwalk here," Klum wrote in a birthday tribute for her daughter via Instagram. "If I look close enough then I can see you bumping right along at 4 months @LeniKlum."
