Earlier this year, Hickerson was arrested on Valentine's Day in Wyoming after he allegedly punched the TV star in the face. At the time, he was booked for domestic battery and a second charge of interfering with a police officer after allegedly refusing to identify himself. Hickerson reportedly pleaded not guilty to the charge in April and a jury trial was scheduled to take place in September.
In May 2019, the realtor was arrested for domestic battery. After pleading not guilty to one count of felony domestic abuse, the case was later dismissed.
