Lea Michele's Glee co-star Matthew Morrison breaks his silence on her alleged on set behaviour
Matthew Morrison is the latest Glee cast member to speak out against his co-star Lea Michele after multiple accounts of her alleged on set behaviour have come to light.
Breaking his silence, the 41-year-old who starred as teacher Will Schuester, aka "Mr. Schue", on the hit series, offered his thoughts on what she was like to work with on the show.
Speaking on FUBAR Radio's 'Access All Areas', Morrison said of the scandal surrounding the pregnant 33-year-old: "I honestly think it's a distraction of the bigger issues that are going on right now. It's kind of like, ah."
Appearing to then diss Michele with his next comment, Morrison added, "You want to be a good, pleasant person to be around," before noting that he wouldn't be making any further comment on the matter.

"That's about all I'm going to say on that," he said.
In 2014, Michele confirmed in her book Brunette Ambition she and Morrison had been involved romantically before they both starred on Glee.
Morrison's comments come several weeks after Samantha Ware, a former Glee actress, first blasted Michele for "making her first television gig a living hell" and accused the actress who is pregnant with her first child of "microaggressions" in response to one of the actress' tweet's about the Black Lives Matter movement.

After Ware's accusations went viral, Michele not only lost her partnership with meal kit delivery service HelloFresh, a string of other cast members came forward with similar accounts of Michele's alleged treatment of them; extras on the show claimed that she acted like they "didn't exist" and Heather Morris called her "unpleasant to work with."

Michele has since publicly apologised to Ware in a lengthy statement on her Instagram.
"I apologise for my behaviour and for any pain which I have caused," she said. "One of the most important lessons of the last few weeks is that we need to take the time to listen and learn about other people's perspectives and any role we have played or anything we can do to help address the injustices that they face."
Former Glee actress Amber Riley weighed in saying that she's "not going to say that Lea Michele is racist" before adding "but at the same time, in my inbox there are a lot of black actors and actresses telling me their stories and were letting me know they have dealt with the same things being on set, being terrorised by the white girls that are the leads of the show."
Reacting to Michele's apology, Riley said that "she didn't read it."
"She reached out to me and I responded to her," said Riley. "That's where it ends for me. I ain't talk to that girl in two years, you know what I'm saying? I have no hatred or ill-will on that end and I want to make that very clear, that my life and what I talk about is not going to be about that. This is the first and last time I'm gonna say something."

When asked why she decided to call Michele out in a recent interview with Variety, Ware said, "Lea's actions were nothing new, so I guess since it was such a common thing, my case didn't seem like that big of a deal."
"I remember the first day I actually spoke up and unfortunately no one did anything," said Ware. "They just shrugged it off, like 'That's her.' No one was stopping these things, which is an issue because the environment was helping perpetuate this abuse."
