Kim Kardashian brokered Kylie Jenner's truce with Blac Chyna: 'She told her to swallow her pride'

Kim Kardashian apparently has set her sights on a brand new role: the Kardashian-Jenner family peackmaker. #GOALS

She recently built a bridge between her husband Kanye West and his nemesis ex Amber Rose, and according to Us Weekly, she did the same for her baby sister Kylie Jenner and her arch rival Blac Chyna.

The pair had been waging a petty social media war over Wiz Khalifa, Kylie's current boyfriend and the father of Blac's three-year-old son King Cairo.

Blac's recent engagement to Kylie's brother Rob Kardashian only further complicated the tangled family web…until Kim, 35, rode to the rescue.

"Kim had been working on this for a long time," a source said. "She told Kylie that whatever Chyna had said about her was because she was hurt. Kim told Kylie to swallow her pride."

The source added that the engagement was the turning point for Kim. She decided "things couldn't go on like this".

Some might say Kylie, 18, may have gone a bit overboard. She not only swallowed her pride, but she posted a gushy meeting with Blac, 27, on Snapchat.

"Hanging out with my lil sis," she captioned the post. "When we've been best friends the whole time."

Yeah, right. Oh well, at least Rob, 29, was appreciative as he spread the good news to his 5.7 million Instagram followers.

So, was the truce only for the cameras – and to drum up a bit of pre-season Keeping Up with the Kardashians publicity? A source told Us Weekly that it was the real deal.

"They spent the day together," an insider claims. "It went well."

Now Rob and Blac can get to planning a big family wedding with all the key players in attendance for the KUWTK cameras.

Kris Jenner must be so pleased.
