Change of heart? Kim Kardashian posts throwback pic from photo shoot that left her in tears

Either Kim Kardashian has changed her mind about her worst photo shoot ever, or she's just in the mood to relive the bad old days.

The 34-year-old reality queen posted a throwback Instagram pic from the 2011 photo shoot with W magazine in which she posed nude on the cover.

Devoted fans might remember this one from the episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York in which Kim sobbed hysterically and swore never to pose naked again.

Well, that part obviously didn't last, so perhaps she's seeing the W photos in a different light...one where it's perfectly normal to lie down naked in a vat of silver paint.
