Ewan McGregor settles divorce from wife of 22 years, Eve Mavrakis

Ewan McGregor and his wife, Eve Mavrakis, have finally settled their divorce.

The actor filed for divorce in January 2018 and the pair reached a settlement last week, according to documents obtained by The Blast.

According to the legal docs, the former couple submitted "a judgement package to the court laying out details of their financial settlement."

The two had been battling over custody of their four children and child support payments, in what was a contentious and lengthy divorce proceeding.

McGregor and Mavrakis split in October, 2017 after The Sun published photos of McGregor, 49, kissing his Fargo co-star Mary Elizabeth Winstead, 35. They are reportedly still together.

The settlement comes almost a year after the pair's eldest daughter Clara McGregor, 24, referred to Winstead as "a piece of trash" on Instagram. She later admitted that her comments weren't the most mature thing she's done.

"It wasn't the most mature way to go about things, but I was angry and upset," she explained to The Times, saying there were things going on behind-the-scenes that became "a lot to deal with" — eventually sending her over the edge.

"There had been a lot building up to it and a lot to deal with — not to make excuses or anything — but, yeah, it wasn't my finest moment," she added.

McGregor met Mavrakis on the set of Kavanagh QC in 1995 and the pair married later that year. They share four daughters, Clara, 24, Jamyan, 19, Esther, 18, and Anouk, nine.
