Diana Glenn confirms split with Vince Colosimo after shock engagement to another man

Australian actress Diana Glenn has confirmed her separation from Vince Colosimo after reports she is newly engaged to new partner, Adam Zammit.

Earlier this year, reports emerged that the eight-year-relationship between the 43-year-old actress and the 50-year-old Underbelly star was on the rocks.

And on Sunday, it was confirmed that the two have definitely called it quits, with The Daily Telegraph seemingly confirming her new engagement.

Taking to his private social media last week, Australian media personality Adam Zammit announced the happy news, posting a loved-up image of himself and Diana in front of Sydney Harbour Bridge.

"I asked this perfect human to marry me after a great bottle of red and zero emojis and she said yes!" Adam captioned the photo. "So much love for this girl."

Another image shows the couple with the words 'engaged' written over them.

The notoriously private actress shares three-year-old son, Massimo, with previous partner Vince. 

In July, Women’s Day reported that their relationship had been rocky for months.

A source who is close to the couple allegedly told the magazine at the time that the strained relationship was just one aspect of his life that people around him were worried about.

"Everyone is extremely worried about Vince. His friends have closed ranks - it seems this time they're fearful there's something really wrong," the source said. 

The actor has publicly struggled in his personal life recently, including a legal battle in which he was found guilty of drug possession.  

Meanwhile, Adam Zammit is also no stranger to high profile relationships.

He was once married to former model Michelle Leslie, who was convicted of smuggling ecstasy tablets into Bali, Indonesia in 2005.

After she and Adam ended their relationship, Michelle started a new romance with Silverchair frontman Daniel Johns.
