Deborra-lee Furness' quiet move amid Hugh Jackman divorce
Deborra-lee Furness made a quiet move just days after filing for divorce from her husband of nearly 30 years, Hugh Jackman.
Furness, 69, and Jackman, 56, announced their split in September 2023 after 27 years of marriage. Furness officially filed for divorce on May 23, 2025.
Now, according to reports, the couple are splitting their $24 million NYC penthouse.

Over the course of their marriage, the couple owned several properties together, including a penthouse in the Big Apple which they bought back in 2022.
The Real Deal was the first to report the couple are splitting their New York property.
According to People who reviewed the property records, an LLC associated with Furness paid $11.7 million (approx. AUD$18 million) to an LLC used by the couple to buy the place three years ago.

The transaction amount is roughly half the property's total value.
Documents revealed Furness made the payment on May 25, two days after filing for divorce from her longtime husband.
Furness and Jackman bought the penthouse in 2022 for $21 million (approx. $32.3 million).
The property is now reportedly valued at $23.6 million (approx. $36.4 million).

On May 27 (May 28 local time), it was reported Furness had filed for divorce from Jackman in New York. The Daily Mail was the first to report.
The outlet reported the complaint was filed on May 23.

In a statement shared with Nine, Furness said: "My heart and compassion goes out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal.
"It's a profound wound that cuts deep, however I believe in a higher power and that God/the universe, whatever you relate to as your guidance, is always working FOR us."
Furness and Jackman tied the knot in 1996.
They share two kids together.
