Courteney Cox rocks bikini in epic reverse pool-dive video: 'Only took me 10 years'

Hollywood is going wild over Courteney Cox's new Instagram video — and it's not because she's wearing a bikini in the poolside footage.

Yeah, yeah, the former Friends star is 55 years old and looks fabulous, but it's the special effects the actress used in the clip that's the true hero.

In the clip, Cox has reversed a video of herself sipping juice, taking off her bikini cover-up and jumping into the pool. She appears to defy gravity and look effortless cool throughout. Naturally, Missy Elliot's 2002 hip-hop anthem 'Work It' provided the soundtrack to Cox's video.

"Oh so now I finally get what @missymisdemeanorelliott meant by put your thing down, flip it, and reverse it... Only took me ten years," wrote Cox, referencing the song's famous lyrics.

Cox's celebrity friends were quick to comment on video, showering the actress with praise.

"This is epic," commented Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco, while actress Allison Janney wrote, "I don't understand how cool you are." 

Cougar Town co-star Busy Phillips gushed, "This is great," and Aussie actress Isla Fisher let emojis speak for themselves by posting three flame emojis.  

But it was actress Erin Foster who put it perfectly with six flame emojis and this comment, "I don't know what's cooler, the video or how good your body looks."
