Red Wiggle Caterina Mete welcomes twin daughters into the world after empowering journey to motherhood
It's a girl! Well, two of them.
Congratulations are in order for Red Wiggle Caterina Mete, who announced this morning the arrival of her "two little miracles" into the world.
"Double the joy, double the love!", The Wiggles star said in a statement. "I am so thrilled to announce the arrival of my precious twin girls, Dolly and Gigi."

"My heart is overflowing with happiness as I welcome to the world my two little miracles," Mete's statement concluded.
"We are absolutely thrilled for Caterina and the arrival of her beautiful twin girls," a statement from The Wiggles said.
"Her journey to motherhood has been truly inspiring, and we can't wait to meet these adorable new additions to The Wiggles' family," the statement concluded.
Mete, 43, welcomed Dolly and Gigi on June, months after revealing her pregnancy via IVF to her fans.

"I didn't want to have any regrets," Mete told 9honey Parenting of her decision to embark on motherhood as a single mum.
"I'm a person who likes to do things on their own and I'm happy with my own company so to speak."
"But I thought, 'I don't wanna have to wait for somebody who may or may not ever come' or may come years down the track," she continued. "So I just thought I have to do this."
Mete began her two-decade-long career with the children's entertainment group as a friend to Dorothy the Dinosaur, also becoming Head of Wardrobe and Dance Captain along the way.
In 2021, she joined the main cast as The Red Wiggle.
She also has tertiary credentials in Early Childhood studies.
